Ishlab chiquvchi / Who we are
VCall — ogap ilovasi (uz.ogap.vcall) mustaqil dasturchi Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, O‘zbekiston) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan va boshqariladi. Ushbu siyosatda “biz” deganda shu dasturchi nazarda tutiladi. VCall — audio va video qo‘ng‘iroqlar, uchrashuvlar (meeting), chat va tasodifiy video suhbat xizmati (ilova va https://ogap.uz sayti).
VCall — ogap (uz.ogap.vcall) is developed and operated by the independent developer Quvondiq Kenjaboyev (ZarGO, Uzbekistan). “We”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean this developer. VCall is an audio/video calling, meetings, chat and random video chat service (the app and the https://ogap.uz website).
Qanday ma’lumotlar yig‘iladi va nima uchun / What data we collect and why
- Hisob ma’lumotlari: ism (ko‘rsatiladigan nom), telefon raqami, email manzili, parol (serverda faqat xeshlangan holda saqlanadi) — hisob ochish va tizimga kirish uchun.
- Profil: foydalanuvchi nomi, profil rasmi (avatar) va “bio” — sizni kontaktlaringiz topishi va tanishi uchun. Onlayn holat va oxirgi faollik vaqti — kim qo‘ng‘iroqqa tayyorligini ko‘rsatish uchun.
- Kontaktlar va xavfsizlik: siz qo‘shgan kontaktlar, bloklangan foydalanuvchilar va yuborgan shikoyatlaringiz — ilovani ishlatish va suiiste’molning oldini olish uchun.
- Qo‘ng‘iroq va uchrashuv yozuvlari: kim kimga qo‘ng‘iroq qilgani, vaqti, davomiyligi va holati; uchrashuv nomi, kodi, ishtirokchilari va uchrashuv ichidagi chat xabarlari — qo‘ng‘iroqlar tarixi va uchrashuvlarni ishlatish uchun.
- Audio va video: qo‘ng‘iroq paytidagi ovoz va tasvir WebRTC orqali shifrlangan holda uzatiladi. Biz qo‘ng‘iroqlarni yozib olmaymiz va saqlamaymiz.
- Texnik ma’lumotlar: IP manzil, qurilma turi va ilova versiyasi, ulanish (signaling) ma’lumotlari, bildirishnoma uchun qurilma tokeni — ulanishni o‘rnatish, xavfsizlik va xatolarni tuzatish uchun.
Biz reklama identifikatori (IDFA) yig‘maymiz, sizni boshqa ilova va saytlarda kuzatmaymiz va ilovada reklama yoki analitika SDK’lari yo‘q.
- Account data: display name, phone number, email address and password (stored on the server only as a hash) — to create your account and sign you in.
- Profile: username, profile photo (avatar) and bio — so your contacts can find and recognise you. Online status and last-seen time — to show who is available for a call.
- Contacts and safety: contacts you add, users you block and reports you submit — to run the app and prevent abuse.
- Call and meeting records: who called whom, when, duration and status; meeting title, code, participants and in-meeting chat messages — to provide call history and meetings.
- Audio and video: call audio and video are transmitted encrypted via WebRTC. We do not record or store calls.
- Technical data: IP address, device type and app version, connection (signaling) data and a device token for notifications — to establish connections, keep the service secure and fix errors.
We do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA), we do not track you across other apps or websites, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Qurilma ruxsatlari / Device permissions
Kamera va mikrofon — faqat siz video/audio qo‘ng‘iroq yoki uchrashuvni boshlaganingizda yoki qabul qilganingizda ishlatiladi. Ruxsatni iOS Sozlamalarida istalgan vaqtda o‘chirishingiz mumkin.
Camera and microphone — used only when you start or join a video/audio call or meeting. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.
Uchinchi tomon xizmatlari / Third-party services
- SYS DC (sysdc.uz) — O‘zbekistondagi hosting provayderi, serverlarimiz va ma’lumotlar bazamiz shu yerda joylashgan.
- Google STUN serverlari (stun.l.google.com) — qurilmalar o‘rtasida to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri ulanishni o‘rnatish uchun; ular faqat ulanish uchun zarur bo‘lgan IP manzilni ko‘radi.
- TURN relay provayderi — to‘g‘ridan-to‘g‘ri ulanish imkoni bo‘lmaganda shifrlangan media oqimini uzatadi; mazmunini o‘qiy olmaydi va saqlamaydi.
Ilovada Firebase, reklama yoki analitika xizmatlari ishlatilmaydi.
- SYS DC (sysdc.uz) — our hosting provider in Uzbekistan, where our servers and databases run.
- Google STUN servers (stun.l.google.com) — used to set up direct device-to-device connections; they only see the IP address needed for the connection.
- A TURN relay provider — relays the encrypted media stream when a direct connection is not possible; it cannot read or store the content.
The app does not use Firebase, advertising or analytics services.
Saqlash muddati / Data retention
- Hisob, profil, kontaktlar va qo‘ng‘iroqlar/uchrashuvlar tarixi — hisobingiz faol ekan saqlanadi va hisob o‘chirilganda o‘chiriladi.
- Qo‘ng‘iroqni ulash (signaling) ma’lumotlari — taxminan 5 daqiqadan keyin avtomatik o‘chiriladi.
- Kirish sessiyalari — muddati tugagach yoki bekor qilingandan keyin 30 kungacha; parolni tiklash tokenlari — ishlatilgach yoki muddati tugagach o‘chiriladi.
- Texnik jurnallar va so‘rovlar chegarasi yozuvlari — qisqa muddat (odatda 2–30 kun).
- Account, profile, contacts and call/meeting history — kept while your account is active and deleted when the account is deleted.
- Call signaling data — automatically deleted after about 5 minutes.
- Login sessions — up to 30 days after they expire or are revoked; password-reset tokens — deleted once used or expired.
- Technical logs and rate-limit records — short periods (typically 2–30 days).
Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish / Account and data deletion
Hisobingizni va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish uchun quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga ilovada ro‘yxatdan o‘tgan telefon raqamingiz yoki email manzilingizni ko‘rsatib, “Hisobni o‘chirish” mavzusida xat yuboring. Egalikni tasdiqlaganimizdan so‘ng hisobingiz, profilingiz va unga bog‘liq ma’lumotlar 30 kun ichida o‘chiriladi yoki qaytarib bo‘lmaydigan tarzda anonimlashtiriladi. Ilovadan chiqish (Profil → Chiqish) qurilmadagi ma’lumotlarni o‘chiradi, lekin serverdagi hisobni o‘chirmaydi.
To delete your account and associated data, email quvondiq0318@icloud.com with the subject “Delete my account” from, or mentioning, the phone number or email registered in the app. After we verify ownership, your account, profile and associated data are deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 days. Signing out (Profile → Log out) removes data from the device but does not delete the server account.
Bolalar / Children
VCall 13 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bolalar uchun mo‘ljallanmagan va biz ulardan ongli ravishda ma’lumot yig‘maymiz. Tasodifiy video suhbat funksiyasi faqat 18 yoshdan katta foydalanuvchilar uchun. Agar bola bizga ma’lumot bergan deb hisoblasangiz, biz bilan bog‘laning — biz uni o‘chiramiz.
VCall is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. The random video chat feature is intended only for users aged 18+. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Xavfsizlik va huquqlaringiz / Security and your rights
Biz shaxsiy ma’lumotlarni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida boshqalarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlarni faqat ilova ishlashi uchun kerakli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchilar bilan yoki qonun talab qilganda ulashamiz. Ma’lumotlar HTTPS orqali uzatiladi, parollar xeshlanadi, kirish tokenlari qurilmaning xavfsiz xotirasida saqlanadi. Siz o‘z ma’lumotlaringizni ko‘rish, tuzatish, nusxasini olish yoki o‘chirishni so‘rashingiz mumkin (jumladan O‘zbekiston Respublikasining “Shaxsga doir ma’lumotlar to‘g‘risida”gi qonuni asosida) — buning uchun quvondiq0318@icloud.com manziliga yozing. Hech bir tizim 100% xavfsiz emas, lekin biz ma’lumotlarni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun oqilona choralar ko‘ramiz.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers needed to run the app, or when required by law. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed and login tokens are kept in the device’s secure storage. You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data (including under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”) by writing to quvondiq0318@icloud.com. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect data against unauthorised access.
O‘zgarishlar / Changes to this policy
Siyosat yangilanganda ushbu sahifadagi “Oxirgi yangilanish” sanasi o‘zgaradi. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova yoki shu sahifa orqali xabar beramiz.
When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date on this page. We will announce material changes in the app or on this page.
